Permar Turkey Calls
Hand-turned trumpet and yelper turkey calls from Old Zionsville
About Permar Turkey Calls
Ralph Permar has hunted turkeys since 1976 and learned call-making from mentors in the 1980s. He turns suction-style trumpets and yelpers in his own shop, including original designs and versions of vintage yelpers. The calls have turned barrels, custom mouthpieces and brass ferrules. His trumpets are among the most sought-after calls of their kind.
