About Handler Studio
Peter Handler is a former jeweler who began making furniture in 1984 and later added seating and upholstery. His studio builds custom pieces, often worked out with clients in their own homes, from wood, anodized aluminum, glass and fabric, and recent work has moved more toward wood. Each piece combines machine milling and lathe turning with a lot of hand finishing, and he also prints his photographs onto wood, aluminum and glass.
