Boiler Room Beads (formerly HMB Studios)
Torch-made art glass beads and bead jewelry from a Souderton boiler-room studio
About Boiler Room Beads (formerly HMB Studios)
Heather Boardman has made lampwork glass beads since 2005, shaping them at the torch and kiln-annealing each batch. Her line includes textured discs, puffy beads, spacers and ruffled shapes, and she also sets beads into sterling silver and gold jewelry. The studio sits in the old boiler room of a 1901 cigar factory on Souderton's Main Street, where she and her husband Harry also live.
